@Stamolka1986 can you share your experiences with me?
I witnessed my parents fight a lot, when they were fighting I was crying, I felt helpless, I was 5.
Now, when I witness loved ones fight I nearly always weep…and sometimes I get very mad at myself for not doing nothing.
My brother is even most terrible.
I’ve been diagnosed with PTSD since I was 16, but experienced symptoms of it when I was 8/9 when I first witnessed a lot of horrible things.
