50% of the surgery patiens here were still under surgery…the man you see on 1:02 for example…he got an artificial jaw…he looked pretty normal afterwards…
@DumpsterDiversX2 Histroy Direct sucks most of the time. Lame shows like Ice Road Truckers, Ax Men, Tougher In Alaska, and all the other crap they broadcast that does pertain history is a waste of t.v. time. Yes, I want to see more shows on World War I. And, with no survivors left, it is all the more vital to result in shows about the “Fantastic War”. By far the most terrible war the world has ever experienced to date.

I reckon everyone should be made to watch this video to show them how grateful they should be to the courageous, courageous men, regardless of nationality, who sacrificed their livelihoods to war, and without whom many of us would not be here.
And to persons public who are making fun of this video – grow the hell up and if you can’t find a modicum of empathy to connect with this video then you really ought to go see a psychiatrist; you’re the real hideous public here, not these poor men.

I would say WW1 also seats a lot of blame of on everybody on every side. WW2 is simpler to show as having a “excellent guy” like the ancient US of A.
@DeepSnowBand Still going on huge time today. even though they have place a ptsd mark on it. the soilder still feels like he lets his brothers down and sometimes cant live with the self despise.
@DumpsterDiversX2 Wish they would cover History more intstead of pawnshops and pickers. But yes I want to see more about what was called the fantastic war. I get the depression that it was such a stalemated battle of attrition that it isnt simple to make a show about.

@RunkkaajaApina Didn’t persons trauma’s last for as long as they lived? They died early though, since of their mental state and they lack of responsiveness to other public, also their immune system was terribly hurt. – Right me if I’m incorrect =)
Does anyone know how long persons CSR(CombarStressReaction) symptoms, like shaking lasted. I’ve heard that time healed some symptoms, like depression and apathy, but how about dyskinesia?
