Hello unseenmirage thank you for pssing by what hurts me so much is the total lack of understanding of my emotional traumathat is Oh so real. they refuses to get give me counselling as they reckon it will be to raumatic for me). what nonsense then at same time they discharge me from Mental Shape Services. just does not make sense. Its 4 years since i was diognosed with PTSD Was as a 3 year ancient then at 7 and 10 year ancient and on and on they happen just incredible how I have survived so much I’m 52 now 2 weeks ago I had my most terrible ever paic attach which place me in yet another death defying situation, I need help before it’s to late. I constantly relive the events mixed up with made up disasters a my way of avoiding the real trauma when re living my traumas and when they happened I was above myself watching myself. avaidance????
